French antique striped mattress daybed cover embellished with lace versatile textile for beds, couches and more

I wanted this to look very much like it was made using 'left over' pieces. Long ago nothing was thrown out and farmhouses had many pieces like this. Of course back then they were made out of necessity. Now I create them for the look. . It measures: 58" long, 72" wide and the ruffle is 30" long. All of my recreated fabric textile decor is made with an imperfect look- the charm of items made from times past. This has the beauty and comfy country cottage look that we all love. It can be used as a duvet, if you wish or even a bed scarf. It is a collectible piece, with a few spots of rust (shown in one of the photos). This is common for these. A quick look at others online will show you the pricing these and the imperfections. I love old ticking and this is the best. It is very soft with a time worn feel.
